Who We Are
We are a Maine-based consulting firm providing a wide range of customized services across sectors and industries to help increase community connection and belonging for those from different cultures and countries.

We firmly believe that there is strength in diversity. As our societies and workplaces continue to become increasingly multicultural, we have to build the appropriate structures and environment to ensure that everyone thrives.

We work primarily with large organizations that have international employees and understand the need to do more to create inclusive and equitable workplaces.

WE BELIEVE
Everyone should engage in work that promotes healthy vibrant communities.
Promoting and celebrating diversity only makes us stronger.
Every newcomer adds to the beauty, color and strength of the fabric of our society.
